I really like the way the balloon is given simplified features compared to the other woman, together with the use of matt textures to emphasise the plastic nature of the transformation. Also quite tingly is shortening and squish of the limbs against the main body; its not a rigid join like you see so often in this kind of picture.
I suppose it takes real skill to inflate and ride a parade balloon like that (though ooooh, who hasn't wanted to try?) : I'm rather envious!
